Pricing ranges from $2,500–$10,000, depending on the date.

Site Fee Includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Barn event area for 8 hours:
    • 2 hours – setup
    • 5 hours – ceremony and reception
    • 1 hour – cleanup
  • Ceremony seating for up to 200 guests
  • Round tables and chiavari chairs for guest seating for up to 200 guests
  • Tables for buffet, cake, DJ, gifts, guest book, cocktail hour, etc.
  • Table linens in a variety of colors
  • Linen napkins in a variety of colors
  • Plates, flatware, stemware, and bar glassware for up to 200 guests
  • Parking for 200 guests
  • Use of Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Loft for wedding party preparation

Additional Hours

  • Additional event hours may be purchased for an additional fee of $1,000 per hour. Extra time may be added at any point prior to your event.
  • Additional event setup hours are available for $250 per hour.

Security Deposit

  • $1,000 security deposit is required to book your date.

Payment Schedule

  • 50% of the venue fee and $1,000 security deposit are due at signing.
  • Remaining 50% of the event venue rental fee is due 6 months prior to the event.
  • 50% of the food and beverage costs are due 3 months prior to the event.
  • Remaining 50% of the food and beverage costs are due 3 weeks prior to the event.
