Venue pricing ranges from $2,500–$10,000, depending on the date.

 

Standard Site Fee Includes:

  • Exclusive use of The Barn event area for 8 hours:

    • 2 hours – setup

    • 5 hours – ceremony and reception

    • 1 hour – breakdown

  • Ceremony seating for up to 200 guests

  • 6ft round tables or long "family style" seating

  • Brown chiavari chairs for guest seating for up to 200 guests

  • Tables for buffet, cake, DJ, gifts, guest book, cocktail hour, etc.

  • Floor length table linens in a variety of colors

  • Linen napkins in a variety of colors

  • Plateware, flatware, and bar glassware for up to 200 guests

  • Parking for 200 guests

  • Use of Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Loft for wedding party preparation

All Day Upgraded Package

  • 10am Arrival

  • Pre-ceremony drinks; Upgraded linens or champagne toast

    • 3 hours-setup

    • 6 hours-ceremony & reception

    • 1 hour-breakdown

Security Deposit

  • $1,000 security deposit is required to book your date.

Payment Schedule

  • 50% of the venue fee and $1,000 refundable security deposit are due at signing.

  • Remaining 50% of the venue rental fee is due 6 months prior to the event.

  • 50% of the food and beverage cost is due 3 months prior to the event.

  • Remaining 50% of the food and beverage cost is due 3 weeks prior to the event.
