Director of Sales - “Queen of First Impressions”
With more than 12 years of experience in the wedding and events industry, with six of those years as the Lead Coordinator at The Barn at Raccoon Creek, Tayler is passionate about helping couples find the perfect place to begin their forever. As Director of Sales, she is dedicated to creating a personalized and enjoyable experience from the very first tour, guiding each couple with expertise, honesty, and genuine enthusiasm every step of the way.
Having coordinated more than 600 weddings, Tayler brings an unmatched understanding of what makes a celebration both seamless and unforgettable. Her background in event operations, food and beverage and venue management allows her to help couples envision their wedding day experience, while ensuring their planning journey with The Barn team is as stress-free as possible.
Known for her warm personality, calming presence, and creative eye, Tayler loves building meaningful relationships with every couple she meets. She believes the best part of her job is watching excitement turn into lifelong memories—and nothing compares to assisting couples in the beginning of their next chapter together.

Arianna has been in the service industry for over seven years and has been a valued member of The Barn team for more than five years. Her journey began on our catering staff before she quickly advanced to Banquet Captain, Venue Coordinator, and now proudly serves as our Lead Coordinator. Her extensive behind-the-scenes experience, passion for creating unforgettable celebrations, and calm, welcoming presence make her an invaluable part of every wedding day.
As Lead Coordinator, Arianna is dedicated to ensuring each celebration unfolds seamlessly. She works closely with couples and vendor teams, thoughtfully overseeing every detail so that every moment reflects the couple's unique vision. Her exceptional organization, leadership, and genuine care allow couples to relax, be fully present, and enjoy every moment, knowing their day is in capable hands.
For Arianna, a wedding is more than an event—it's the beginning of a lifelong journey and a beautiful celebration of two families coming together in love and unity. Jasmine brings a warm heart, a steady presence and nearly two decades of hositality and event experience to The Barn at Raccoon Creek. Since beginning her career in hotels in 2008, she has worked closely with clients, groups, teams and guests to help create events that feel welcoming, organized and memorable. Her background in hotel sales, event coordination, guest experience and hospitality operations gives her a thoughtful understanding of both the big picture and the smallest details. Jasmine loves helping couples feel cared for throughout the planning process, bringing calm communication, sincere enthusiasm and an eye for the moments that make each wedding day feel special.
For Jasmine, Weddings are - a beautiful gathering of love, family, friendship and personal details that come together to tell a couple’s story in a way no one else could.
Kalli Knox
Event Coordinator - “Queen of Details”
Kalli has been in the wedding and events industry for more than seven years and has helped bring more than 450 weddings to life. With a passion for operations, organization, and all the moving pieces that make a wedding day successful, Kalli is known for her attention to detail, strong operational mindset, and commitment to making everything feel effortless. She loves being the person behind the scenes who knows what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and how to make it all come together.
Kalli truly believes that the magic is in the details. From your color palette and timeline to the way each fork is placed on the table, she has an eye for the little things that make a big difference. She works closely with couples throughout the planning process to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered, every question is answered, and every piece is in place. Her goal is simple: when couples arrive on their wedding day, there should be nothing left for them to decide or worry about. Instead, they can be fully present, soak in every moment, and enjoy celebrating with the people they love most.
For Kalli, weddings are a celebration and a testament to the two people getting married. A Barn full of your closest friends and family who have gathered to celebrate your love and support you throughout the rest of your lives.

Daniel E. Barrett
Executive Chef
Daniel Barrett has worked in the field of culinary arts for 44 years, ranging from corporate hotels and resorts to family owned restaurants. He realized that cooking was his dream and passion at the young age of 15 and he continues that same passion for the job today. Dan has had the privilege of apprenticing and working beside some of Colorado’s best chefs, enhancing his skills and abilities and learning different styles of cooking. At the age of 24, Dan became a sous chef of one of the few 4-star restaurants in Denver. He then moved on to the position of banquet chef at the Radisson Hotel, featuring the largest banquet facility in Colorado at the time, serving up to 1,500 people. At the age of 27, Dan became executive chef at the Sheraton West in Lakewood, Colorado. He is one of the youngest chefs in their franchise history. Throughout his career, Dan has mentroed many cooks and seen them move forward in their careers to become Chefs. Dan has always enjoyed creating menus for weddings and special occasions showcasing his talents such as garde manger and specialty dishes.
